Founded by two librarians, Williams & Wellemeyer is a consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping people do what they love by creating and curating systems that make every day successful.
Dani and Jess first met in their roles as academic librarians. They quickly became a creative pair, and now they obnoxiously (ahem, adorably) finish each other's sentences. In 2013, during the process of creating an information literacy program that reaches more than 2,500 students a year, they were challenged by a static budget, a very small team, and tight deadlines. This need was the beginning of their project management schemes, productivity hacks, and team-building strategies.
